Come on out to Morgan Christian Church. We are planning a trip for skateboarders who have been coming to worship. You have to come to church to be eligible. On June 20th, we will go to Lexington and stay at the Wu's. We have a mini ramp in the garage and a box. On June 21st we will go to Cosmic Invasion which is a contest at Woodland Park. The legendary Tony Alva will be there as well as Steve Van Doren the owner of Vans.

New skateboard ministry
Skateboarders of Pendleton County, we have recently purchased a 15 seat van which will be used to launch our new skateboard ministry. If you are interested in taking road trips to different parks, come and worship with us. Regular attenders will be invited to come. Possible roadtrips include A) Lexington, Nicholasville, Berea, Knoxville B) Lexington, Frankfort, Louisville and Bowling Green. 3) Lawrenceburg, IN, Dayton, OH to 180 Skatepark and the DC Plaza. 4) Columbus (Grove City, Powell, the Flow).

Game of Skate
Morgan Christian Church and Phenom Skateboards is hosting a flat ground Game of Skate Friday Sept 25th at 6pm. We will decide divisions when we see the turnout. Parents are required to be there to sign a waiver if the participant is under 18. After SKATE, there will be a 30 minute showing of Next X starring Micah Wu. There will be refreshments and cornhole. The event is free, and there will be prizes for the winner. Call David at 859-559-8483 for more information.
